Question

I little off topic here, but does anyone remember/know/want to tell me how to change the color of the headers and footer on our sites???




I'm revamping and cannot figure out how to do it. I'm hopeless!

    In DreamWeaver, open up "portfolio.css"

    Make sure the palate for CSS is open.

    Change the background color for ""topnav" and "footer"

    save, upload.
